Crocs are incredibly comfortable, funky, quirky, casual shoes. I have three pairs. My favorite color is purple. Not just in crocs, but in clothing, fabrics, artwork, dinnerware…just about everything in my life. I am the first to admit that it is a game with me…to see how much purple can I incorporate into my life.
What a great holiday – celebrating rubber, waterproof, versatile, flats that cradle your foot so cozily! I like the unconventionality of this “maybe” silly holiday. If you’ve never worn a pair of crocs, you might not understand the popularity of this odd footgear.
If you could rent a pair to try them out, I’m sure you would find these little gems worth it. You can wear them with socks or without. Bright colors will bring the child out in your personality. No holds barred. Why not?!
I have a friend that wears two different colors–one on each foot (but, of course!). There are no rules particularly with this fashionable expression of personality.
“National Croc Day sneaks up on us every October 23. Crocs are making a big comeback, everywhere from college campuses to fashion runways, celebrity feet to the comedy stage. And why not? They’re versatile, vibrant, and most of all, comfortable.” National Today
